Sony working on PlayStation Phone?

The often-rumoured PlayStation Phone may actually be a reality, according to a report by sister site MCV.

Quoting a Marketing Week report, the article says that Sony is working on turning the current PSP model into a phone – but that SCE’s relationship with Sony Ericsson is ‘frosty’ after the perceived ‘strategic error’ of letting SE use the Walkman branding.
