Gamescom, Bridge Media, Playwire, OPM and Curse support MCV Awards

The MCV Awards are just one week away and a flurry of names are showing their support of the big event.

Leading European games show Gamescom has signed as event partner, along with video hosting specialist Playwire.

Gamescom project manager Tim Endres is looking forward to continuing a long-standing partnership with MCV and the Awards: MCV is one of our most important media partners and we are delighted to continue the partnership this year.”

Both recruitment specialist OPM and design agency Bridge Media will be providing table gifts.

The MCV Awards is one of the biggest nights on our calendar and it’s great to have a night where some of the unsung heroes in our industry get recognition for their hard work,” said OPM MD Kim Adcock.

Bridge Media added: Bridge Media Group is delighted to be the sponsor of the 2016 MCV Awards.

As a leading supplier of packaging, POS and merchandise to the games industry, this is a perfect opportunity for Bridge Media Group to show off its creative flair with a clever piece of visual packaging that shows off some cutting edge printing techniques.”

And online game portal and software specialist Curse is sponsoring the Games Publisher category. Curse is extremely excited to once again be supporting the MCV Awards,” said the firm’s Leah Koons.

We look forward to recognising the fantastic achievements within our industry.”

The MCV Awards 2016 take place at the Hilton Bankside, London on Thursday March 3rd. A limited number of tickets are available at www.mcvawards.com/buy-tickets.
