Koch Media GmbH, a fully owned subsidiary of Embracer Group AB, is today announcing the acquisition and purchase of all relevant assets of the US custom merchandise specialists ‘Development Plus Inc.’ and ‘DPI Logistics LLC.’
Formed in 2003, DPI gained extensive experience in the video game and entertainment industries, with their unique style of physical and digital creativity, with the designing and manufacturing of Collector’s Editions for publisher/retailers.
Its second area of expertise lies in the full creation and running of official e-commerce gear stores for publishing partners; from concept design, building the webstore, product manufacturing, marketing, fulfillment and customer service. DPI, based in Colorado & Oregon with its team of 40 strengthen Koch Media’s presence in the US and within the field of merchandise.
“We have worked closely with DPI over many years and have been impressed about their design and manufacturing experience of game merchandise and collectible items, as well as their success with official E-Commerce stores of game publishers.” said Klemens Kundratitz, Co-founder and CEO of Koch Media. “By bringing DPI into our group we believe we can help them in developing their business to new heights.”

Moving forward DPI will be operating as part of the Koch Media Group under the newly formed DPI Merchandising Inc.
